Here’s everything you need to know about cancellations, returns, and refunds:

 

💕 Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it heads straight into processing with lots of care.

  • Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Pre-orders and custom-made pieces are created specially for you and are also non-cancellable.

Thank you for understanding — each piece is one-of-a-kind, just like you!

 

🎀 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely happy with your order! Since each item is handcrafted, we accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

 

What to do if this happens:

  • Please share an unboxing video (a little clip showing you opening your package 📦✨).
  • Reach out to us within 3 working days of delivery.

 

If eligible, you can choose:

  • A replacement of the same/similar item, or
  • A store credit (valid for 3 months!) to find something else you’ll love.

Cash refunds are not offered, except in special cases like lost shipments.

 

🌷 Important to Know

We’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following situations:

  • Items from pre-orders or custom orders.
  • Products bought during a sale, clearance, or special promotions.
  • Products that have been used or worn.
  • Minor differences in color, design, or texture — these little variations are the magic of handmade work.
  • Address errors or refused deliveries.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts.
  •  Issues raised beyond the 3-day window.
  • Delays due to natural events or emergencies.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted in case of approved refunds.

 

🌎 For Our International Babes

  • Exchanges and returns are not available for international orders unless your product arrives damaged.
  • Refunds are only provided in cases of officially lost shipments.
  • Customs duties and taxes (if any) are the customer's responsibility.

 

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Share your order ID and unboxing video.
  • If approved, ship the product back to us (return shipping is to be taken care of by the customer).
  • Once received and checked, your store credit will be issued within 3 working days.
